Important End-of-year items

Dear families,
 
What a year it has been!  We are very close to summer break, and have several things you need to know for the final six (yes, 6!) days of school.
 

• The last day of school is Tuesday, June 15.  Student attendance is important until the last day of school!  We will dismiss at noon on 6/15.
• ALL students will be virtual on Monday, June 14.  We will be having in-person closing ceremonies for our Kindergarten and Grade 5 students, with limited family and staff guests attending.  Grade 5 is at 9:30am, and Kindergarten is at noon.  These are ticketed events.
• We are collecting ALL student laptops back for inventory and maintenance.  Laptop Drop Off begins Monday, June 14thpm and runs through Friday, June 18th  from 9:00 am – 3:30.
• All in-person students (both A day and B day) are invited to attend in-person on Tuesday, June 15.  We will collect laptops and close out the year together.
• Baltimore City Public Schools has announced that ALL K-5 students are advancing to the next grade next year unless there is an approved parent appeal.  Appeals need to be made by June 16.  If you wish to see your child repeat this grade level, use this form to begin an appeal: https://cityschools2013-my.sharepoint.com/:w:/g/personal/deheller_bcps_k12_md_us/EYGW-aTIaZpIp_lgjOLOGCUBcMYc7AkCUpE3FrjwRit9aw?rtime=MYDZquIp2Ug
