HOW TO ENROLL YOUR STUDENT IN 5 EASY STEPS

The school year can feel overwhelming for families, so we’re here to help. At Creative City, our top priority is providing the best learning experience for our students, and as Enrollment Coordinator, I’d like you to think of me as your tour guide.

My name is Kendra Nelson, and I can be your point of contact for information and scheduling a tour. My job is to help you with every step - from d ue diligence to enrollment. Once you have decided to make Creative City your school home, I will give you the keys to the city - Creative City. This blog shares five easy steps to enrolling your K-5 student.

5 Steps for Easy Enrollment

Fill out the lottery application for your desired grade. The application tells us basic facts about you and your child. If you want to enroll more than one student, please apply for each. There is a section to indicate siblings. Please be sure to give accurate contact information for your phone number AND email. You will receive an email confirmation that your lottery application has been received.
Congratulations! If we have space in your selected grade, you will receive an email letting you know that you can now complete the enrollment.
Gather your documents. Our lottery system makes it easy to upload your documents directly from your phone. Here is what we need. You can find more information on what these documents should look like HERE.
1. Parent/ Guardian Photo ID
2. 2 Proofs of address
3. The child's birth certificate
4. A recent health screening and immunization record.
Now that you have all the necessary documents in hand, you can fill out the ENROLLMENT QUESTIONNAIRE. Please answer every question and confirm any special opt-in notices (i.e Field Trip permission, Media release, Covid- 19 testing). Once the application is submitted and reviewed as complete, you will receive an email marking your student's completed enrollment status.
