Creativity Unleashed: Murals by Student Artists Murals have been a staple in Baltimore communities for decades. They highlight the beauty and the struggle, the challenges and triumphs of the residents of this great city. Murals are the artistic expression of some of our most passionate residents---even the little ones. At Creative City Public Charter School (Creative City), our K-5th graders use murals to transform spaces into colorful learning environments. We are a tight-knit school and encourage our students to use murals to connect with their surroundings--and each other.  Creative City strongly emphasizes learning by using the arts. We are a tuition-free public charter school that engages students' creativity and challenges them to solve problems, think outside the box and be innovative learners.
